- The purpose of data processing by the Administrator arises from the User’s consent or legal provisions, as well as specifying actions taken by the User through other communication channels with the User.
- The purpose of personal data processing is to enter into and perform a commercial service agreement between the Service Provider and the User. In these cases, the basis for processing your data is their necessity for the performance of the contract or to take necessary actions before the conclusion of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Further possible purposes of processing Customer Personal Data by the Administrator are, in particular, entering into and performing the Service Provision Agreement.
- b) For the purpose of entering into and performing the Sales Agreement, or taking actions at the request of a prospective Customer before its conclusion, i.e. your personal data is necessary for us to fulfill your order and perform the concluded contract – in particular, to confirm the submission and reservation of the selected service, as well as to contact you in this matter – applies to random, non-standard situations regarding the service order.
- c) For presenting advertisements, offers, or promotions regarding services intended for all recipients, in particular, for providing services electronically, such as a newsletter, account management on the website, expressing opinions, handling various notifications, as well as ongoing contact with you.

- The scope of personal data processed by the Administrator results from the further consent of the User or the provisions of law for the purpose of specifying the actions taken by the User on the website or through other communication channels with the User. In connection with the use of the website by the User, the Administrator collects data necessary for the provision of individual offered services, as well as information about the User’s activity on the Service. Your email address may also be added to the list as a result of signing up for the application or after making a reservation order. Personal data collected: email address, name, surname, phone number, voivodeship, postal code. c) Phone Contact – with users who provide their phone number, we may contact them for advertising or promotional purposes related to the application appearing on the service, as well as to provide assistance with the order. - Legal basis for processing personal data. The legal basis for processing personal data are: a) the consent of the person whose personal data is processed for further processing; b) necessity for the performance of contracts concluded in the Service or through the Service, or for taking actions requested by the person whose personal data is processed prior to the conclusion of the contract; c) necessity for compliance with a legal obligation incumbent on the Service Provider; d) legitimate interests pursued by the Service Provider or by a third party, which include electronic payment operators or other activities related to the functionality of the Service, provided that this legal basis for processing personal data does not apply to children. e) In the case referred to in the above §6, personal data concerning children are processed only if the child has reached 16 years of age.
- 11. Period of personal data processing.
- We will keep your personal data for the duration of your account on siregeneracji.pl for the purposes of completing purchases. After deleting your account, your data will be erased.
- If processing of personal data depends on the consent of the customer, the personal data may be processed until the consent is withdrawn.
- The period of data processing may be extended if necessary to establish and pursue any claims or defend against them, and after that time only to the extent required by law. After the processing period, the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
- Personal data of non-logged-in users will be kept for a period corresponding to the life cycle of the Cookies files saved on their devices.
- Data appearing on accounting documents will be kept in accordance with tax law for a period of 5 years.

- The data is used only for the purposes and to the extent described in §4 and §7.
- The company stores and secures personal data according to the principles established by the applicable laws: the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended), the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended), the Act of July 16, 2004, Telecommunications Law, and the regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of April 29, 2004, on the documentation of the processing of personal data and the technical and organizational conditions that devices and IT systems processing personal data should meet (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024).
- To increase the protection of personal data, the company recommends that users, during registration or when using the website or other websites, use a strong login and password that is not easy to guess or known to close or third parties, be cautious and keep the login data and personal data that may be used in the service secret and not disclosed to others outside the scope of their own Internet browser activities. With the application of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) from May 25, 2018, the company makes every effort to meet all requirements directly resulting from the regulation.
- The security of personal data also lies with the user of the service. Therefore, we ask that you also follow the specified guidelines in §10 para. 4 according to your own conduct and judgment, and be aware of the actions taken in relation to sharing consents and further contact requests. There is always the possibility of contacting us through the “CONTACT” tab to inquire about what data is required or what data will be processed for the purpose of placing an order / providing a service.
- 15. Payment transactions.
- The fast payment process on the website is not conducted. All payments are made based on invoices and email communication.
- 16. Information about the transfer of data in forms
- The website only collects data voluntarily provided by the User.
- The data provided in forms may be transferred to entities that technically perform some services – e.g. payment service providers or for the purpose of courier/postal delivery on a legal document/label of postal/courier dispatch or other entities with which the Website Administrator cooperates in this regard.

- The data provided in the form may constitute a collection of potential customers registered by the Website Administrator in the register kept by the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection.
- Providing the identifying email address by the user will be considered as an order for commercial information in accordance with art. 10 sec. 2 of the Act on the provision of electronic services.
- 17. Your rights related to personal data processing
- We ensure the implementation of all your rights discussed below. You can exercise your rights by submitting your requests to the email address: kontakt@siregeneracji.pl. Additionally, you can make selected changes in the settings of your account after logging in to the website.
- a) The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. You have the right to withdraw any consent that you have given during the registration process for the Service, as well as when using individual services and functionalities offered on the Service. Withdrawing consent does not generate any legal consequences, but it may affect further use of the service’s order fulfillment or services that can only be provided with consent – Legal basis: Article 7 (3) of the GDPR.
- b) The right to access personal data. You have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether we process your personal data. If so, you have the right to access your personal data, obtain information about the purposes of their processing, categories of personal data processed, as well as recipients or categories of recipients of this data, the planned period of storage of your personal data, or the criteria for determining this period, your rights under the GDPR and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the source of this data, automated decision-making, including profiling, and the safeguards used in connection with the transfer of this data outside the European Union. - c) The right to request the correction of personal data. You have the right to correct and supplement the personal data provided by you. You can do this independently in the tab of your account on the Service’s website. You can always request us to do it for you with your consent and substantive need for their supplementation or modification – Legal basis: Article 16 of the GDPR.
- d) The right to request the deletion of personal data (“the right to be forgotten”). You have the right to request the deletion of all or some of your personal data. The request for deletion of all personal data will be treated as a request for deletion of your account. Despite the request for the deletion of personal data, in connection with the objection or withdrawal of consent, we may retain certain personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of establishing, investigating, or defending claims. - e) The right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data. You always have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data on our website. Submitting such a request may prevent you from using certain functionalities or services, the use of which will be associated with the processing of data covered by the request. We will also not send you any messages, including marketing, commercial, promotional, etc. – Legal basis: Article 18 of the GDPR.
- f) The right to object to data processing. You can also request that we send the data directly to another controller, if technically possible. Legal basis: Art. 20 of the GDPR.
- h) The right to withdraw consent. In any scope in which your Personal Data is processed based on previously expressed consent, you have the right to withdraw it.
- i) The right to lodge complaints, inquiries, and requests with the authority. You can file complaints, inquiries, and requests with us regarding the processing of your personal data and the implementation of your rights. If you believe that your right to personal data protection or other rights granted to you under the GDPR have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection (in the future, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
- In what timeframe do we fulfill your request? If you make a request to us in the exercise of the aforementioned rights, we fulfill that request or refuse to do so immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving it. However, if, due to the complex nature of the request or the number of requests, we are unable to fulfill your request within 14 days, we will fulfill it within 60 days, informing you in advance of the intended extension of the deadline. For technical reasons, we always need 24 hours to update your selected settings in our systems. Therefore, it may happen that during system updates, you will receive an email message from us, which you have previously unsubscribed from.

- State authorities – We disclose your personal data if authorized state authorities, in particular organizational units of the prosecution service, the Police, the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection (in the future, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection or the President of the Office of Electronic Communications, request it.
