The Privacy Policy specifies the privacy rules and personal data processing of the Service Users based on the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the “GDPR”).

In these cases, the basis for processing your data is their necessity for the performance of the contract or to take necessary actions before the conclusion of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). In connection with the use of the website by the User, the Administrator collects data necessary for the provision of individual offered services, as well as information about the User’s activity on the Service.   1. Legal basis for processing personal data. The legal basis for processing personal data are: a) the consent of the person whose personal data is processed for further processing; b) necessity for the performance of contracts concluded in the Service or through the Service, or for taking actions requested by the person whose personal data is processed prior to the conclusion of the contract; c) necessity for compliance with a legal obligation incumbent on the Service Provider; d) legitimate interests pursued by the Service Provider or by a third party, which include electronic payment operators or other activities related to the functionality of the Service, provided that this legal basis for processing personal data does not apply to children. e) In the case referred to in the above §6, personal data concerning children are processed only if the child has reached 16 years of age.
  • 11. Period of personal data processing.
  1. We will keep your personal data for the duration of your account on siregeneracji.pl for the purposes of completing purchases. After deleting your account, your data will be erased.
  2. If processing of personal data depends on the consent of the customer, the personal data may be processed until the consent is withdrawn.
  3. The period of data processing may be extended if necessary to establish and pursue any claims or defend against them, and after that time only to the extent required by law. After the processing period, the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
  4. Personal data of non-logged-in users will be kept for a period corresponding to the life cycle of the Cookies files saved on their devices.
  5. Data appearing on accounting documents will be kept in accordance with tax law for a period of 5 years.

  2. The data is used only for the purposes and to the extent described in §4 and §7.

The company stores and secures personal data according to the principles established by the applicable laws: the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended), the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended), the Act of July 16, 2004, Telecommunications Law, and the regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of April 29, 2004, on the documentation of the processing of personal data and the technical and organizational conditions that devices and IT systems processing personal data should meet (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024).

  1. The fast payment process on the website is not conducted. All payments are made based on invoices and email communication.

  1. We ensure the implementation of all your rights discussed below. You can exercise your rights by submitting your requests to the email address: kontakt@siregeneracji.pl. Additionally, you can make selected changes in the settings of your account after logging in to the website.
  2. a) The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. You have the right to withdraw any consent that you have given during the registration process for the Service, as well as when using individual services and functionalities offered on the Service. Withdrawing consent does not generate any legal consequences, but it may affect further use of the service’s order fulfillment or services that can only be provided with consent – Legal basis: Article 7 (3) of the GDPR.
  3. b) The right to access personal data. You have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether we process your personal data.
