Terms and Conditions of the open pass

Purchasing the pass is equivalent to getting familiar with and accepting the regulations in force at Si Strefa Regeneracji.

The open pass entitles the holder to use one treatment per day.

The pass is valid for 30 days from the date of the first treatment.

The pass is personalized and cannot be shared with third parties.

In exceptional circumstances, there is a possibility to transfer the pass to another person once.

The pass cannot be extended.

The pass entitles the holder to a 50% discount on all other treatments once a day.

Cancellation of the visit must be made no later than 2 hours before the appointment. In case of failure to cancel the appointment during this time, the customer will be charged 50% of the value of the treatment according to the price list.

Terms and Conditions of the 5 or 10 entry passes

Purchasing the pass is equivalent to getting familiar with and accepting the regulations in force at Si Strefa Regeneracji

The 5 or 10 entry pass entitles the holder to use the purchased treatments in the amount specified on the pass.

The pass is valid for 30 days from the date of the first treatment.

The pass can be shared.

The pass cannot be extended.

Cancellation of the visit must be made no later than 2 hours before the appointment. In case of failure to cancel the appointment during this time, the visit will be deducted from the pass and considered as used.
